New Year’s Eve Pairing Dinner

Our Beer Menu features craft beer from Big Timber Brewing in Elkins. Guests choose a dish for each course paired with a craft beer.
Our Wine Menu features both reds and whites, allowing the guest to choose the meal that most delights their unique palette. Guests choose a dish for each course paired with the chosen wine.

Join us for a four-course dinner paired with your choice of wine, craft beer or bourbon. Chef Al Day has prepared a delectable menu and, working with Charleston’s Favorite Bartender Drew Smith, has chosen drinks that complement the flavors of each dish. Each course includes your choice of multiple options, giving you the flexibility to enjoy the pairing menu while also giving you options to choose the dishes you like most. Menu options include a Charcuterie Plate, Prosecco-Steamed Mussels, a New England-style Clam Chowder or Caesar Salad. All menus feature a Butter-Poached Halibut or a Black & Bleu Bone-in Ribeye as the entrée. Be sure to save room for dessert, your choice of Strawberry Shortcake, Philly Cheesecake or Peanut Butter Pie. Celebrate 2017 and enthusiastically prepare for 2018 in style in Charleston’s best ambience.
