Chef Needham transports attendees into better times as he demonstrates the artful creation of several vintage cocktails. The two-hour event will include generous tastings of cocktails paired with delicious food.

As much as Bricks & Barrels is the perfect venue, Chef Gary Needham is the perfect host. Chef Needham brings over 40 years of passion in the culinary field. Chef Needham began his career at L’ Auberge in La Jolla, CA, before moving onto more sophisticated French, Chinese and Italian cuisines in San Francisco. His classical cooking career spans stops in Atlanta, New York City, Chicago, Vail and Reno, where has earned numerous awards:
